Find your ring size

Ring sizes are measured by the inside of the band, not the outside. Here are two ways to find yours at home, and the chart we make to.

Method 1: Measure a ring you already wear

The most accurate way, because it leaves no room for ambiguity.

Pick a ring that fits the finger you have in mind.
Place it flat on a ruler.
Measure the inside diameter, from the inner edge on one side to the inner edge on the other.
Match your measurement in the chart below.

Method 2: Measure your finger

Wrap a strip of paper or a piece of string around the base of the finger.
Mark where it meets, then lay it flat against a ruler.
That length is your circumference. Match it in the chart below.

Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their largest, and make sure the string can pass over your knuckle.

Wear and care

The jewelry ages gracefully, gaining a patina; you can slow this process by storing it in a dry, dark, airtight container, away from moisture. To restore the original finish, use Pitambari powder with the included polishing cloth or in an ultrasonic cleaner with water. For full care instructions, visit surmeyi.in/jewelry-care.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Jaipur. If you have ordered something that is not in stock, on pre-order or delayed, we will email you about fulfilment and timing.

International orders usually take 10–15 business days. International rates include applicable taxes and duties, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery.

Shipping is free on international orders over $300, and on orders within India over ₹5,000.

Returns and warranty

We accept returns on items for exchange or store credit only. Requests for exchanges or store credits must be initiated within 7 days of purchase. Email hi@surmeyi.com to begin the process.

While we can not cover customer negligence, we will do our best to cover production related defects during the first year from the date of purchase.
